About the job :
1- Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to our vacancies.
2- Responsible for recruitment for White & Blue collars.
3- Document interview results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis, as well as all no show reasons, Follow up skills with the candidates.
4- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Job Requirements :
1- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred Business Administration/Commerce or equivalent).
2- Proven work experience as HR Recruiter or has a knowledge in recruitment from 0 -1 years experience.
4- Experience in hiring both blue and white collars is a must.
5- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
6- English V. Good is a must.
7- Excellent using Microsoft office app and Internet skills is a must.
8- Work location in Mokattam.
9- Salary is negotiable.
10- 2 days off, Fixed shift 5 days per week
